Bettina started out in the world of modern cheesecake with pin-up modeling. Her modeling work with SuicideGirls.com includes being a subject of the 2003 HBO RealSex TV show on Modern Pin-up, appearing in a Probot music video featuring Dave Grohl and Lemmy Kilmister and inclusion in the SuicideGirls coffee table book and magazine. Bettina has been performing burlesque since Halloween 2003. That same year, Bettina picked up an award for "Most Energetic Dancer (Female)" in the 2003 local Monday Magazine arts awards show.
Since then she has performed steadily all along the west coast, taking part in the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival, and has lent her talents to a wide variety of benefit shows, including the 2006 Miss Exotic World Show in Las Vegas. She completed her first European tour in Autumn 2007, which got recognition in Portugese Vogue and many other European publications.When she's not on tour or putting on shows in Victoria, she is running her successful vintage-style glamour accessory company, Coquette Faux Furriers, outfitting the likes of Bernie Dexter, Dita Von Teese and Kitten DeVille. In April 2008 she forayed into the world of publishing, launching her male pin-up magazine An Occasional Man!
